Pachu Primary School is nestled on the top flat hill in Pachudraag. It falls under Phuntsholing Dungkhag, Chhukha Dzongkhag.

There is an hour trip along the right bank of Ammo Chu, which is generally referred to as Toorsa Khola.

Promoting Preparedness, Resilience and Peace

Observed the National Mock Drill in conjunction with International Peace Day,providing students with an opportunity to strengthen their awareness of emergency preparedness, safety protocols, and responsible action during emergencies. The observance also highlighted the values of peace, harmony, compassion, and collective responsibility, reinforcing the importance of building a safe, resilient, and peaceful community.

🇧🇹 AN INSPIRING VISIT BY THE NATIONAL COUNCIL CHAIRPERSON 🇧🇹

Pachu Primary School was honoured to welcome the Chairperson of the National Council during his constituency visit for an enriching and inspiring interaction with our students and teachers.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to learn about His Majesty the King’s Mission for Bhutan, the vision of the Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC), and the important roles and responsibilities of the National Council in strengthening our nation’s democratic journey. In addition the Chairperson shared messages on significance of education and the importance of nurturing responsible citizens.

We extend our sincere appreciation for his gracious presence, valuable time, and words of encouragement.

Successfully concluded ‘National Reading Week’ with an inspiring ‘Arts Competition’ celebrating students’ creativity and engagement with reading.

Though the week has concluded, our reading journey continues. ‘DEAR – Drop Everything And Read’, now in its second month, continues every Wednesday to strengthen the culture of reading and nurture lifelong learners.

The Cooking Competition among the four houses was successfully conducted by the Health and Wellbeing in coordination with the Scouts.

The activity provided students with an opportunity to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and culinary skills while developing confidence and essential life skills. It was a wonderful learning experience filled with enthusiasm, cooperation, and the joy of learning by doing.
