Adrián brings deep clinical experience and a science-based approach to fueling performance — specializing in metabolic and body composition optimization.

Adrian isn’t just a nutritionist who understands athletes — he is one. A BJJ Black Belt, multi-time National Champion, Pan-American competitor, and World Championship quarter-finalist, Adrián has lived the demands of elite competition firsthand.

Whether you’re training to compete or just training to feel your best, he’s here to make sure your fuel matches your goals.

Sophia holds a Bachelor's in Nutrition, is pursuing her Master's in Therapeutic Neuroscience, and is a certified Brain Health Coach — which means she doesn't just manage your member experience, she genuinely understands the mind-body connection behind why you're here.
