Proud moment for KPMG in Bahrain.
We are honoured to be recognised among the Kingdom’s leading citizen employers, and to be included in the engagement hosted by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
This recognition belongs first and foremost to our people and to the Bahrainis across our firm who drive quality, integrity and impact every day. It is also a reflection of the trust our clients place in us, and the strength of the public–private collaboration that continues to move Bahrain forward.
We remain committed to developing national talent, creating meaningful career pathways, and supporting the Kingdom’s economic ambitions through the work we do with government, regulators, and the private sector.

Full house this morning with over 160+ attendees at our breakfast seminar on the evolving landscape in Bahrain.
Together with Mubeen Khadir, Shashank Chandak, Anand Krishnan and Ekansh Agrawal, we walked through the most material developments shaping the Tax and agendas for 2026, including Bahrain’s Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax (DMTT) and Pillar Two readiness; the proposed Corporate Income Tax (CIT); e-invoicing; and the most recent regulatory updates. The discussion was intentionally a practical walkthrough, with real-world examples of what finance and tax leaders should be considering to reduce uncertainty, avoid last-minute remediation, and build a clear implementation roadmap.
A particular highlight was the panel conversation with Willem Bam and Charl Herman, focused on the decisions that matter most for Bahrain businesses as the region’s tax environment continues to evolve and mature.
If you have questions on the recently announced Bahrain CIT, or want to benchmark your organization’s readiness for DMTT/ Pillar Two and e-invoicing, feel free to reach out to our team directly.
