We design your demand, we create a custom type! Welcome to Kustomtype!
Kustomtype is an independent type foundry based in Belgium, founded in 2006 by type designer and graphic artist Coert De Decker. Kustomtype fonts are designed for logotype, packaging, posters, T-shirts, signage, and design products with a modern feel. Unique job, unique fonts
I know, a font designer you don’t come across often. I’m Coert De Decker, from a charming village in the south of Flanders. Kustomtype was born in 2006 after decades of drawing, testing, and refining. Meanwhile, I offer +100 unique font families in my webshop, one by one custom made.
Kustomtype — live at the… ✨
Step into a world where type gets loud: clanking Monotype presses, ink-scented air, and hands bringing letters to life. Vintage machines, modern beats — watch, listen, feel the printshop come alive. Don’t sleep on this one. 🎶🖨️🔥

Honored to share a new concept piece created for the “Autoworld Expo” at Seed Factory, Brussels — inspired by one of Belgium’s finest: Jacky Ickx. From kidhood petrol dreams to the roar of Le Mans, his 1976 win in the Porsche Turbo changed racing forever. This drawing is my tribute to his talent, legacy, and the love of speed that never fades. Type by Kustom Type Foundry — Vogue Neue. See you at the show. 🇧🇪🏁
