🔊Why MAILA was the perfect choice for Bonaparte Hall

The Bonaparte Hall at the Grand Casino Knokke is a multifunctional venue with a non-symmetrical shape and demanding acoustics – an environment where traditional line arrays often reach their limits. To achieve even coverage without blocking sightlines to the stage or LED walls, Belgian rental company Twin4u chose the LD Systems MAILA system.

The installation includes a flown L-C-R configuration with 37 MAILA SAT array satellites and 4 MAILA COL columns, powered by 4 MAILA SPA amplifier modules. For the low end, 12 MAILA SUB bandpass subwoofersprovide powerful, balanced bass, complemented by additional infill, outfill, and delay arrays to ensure consistent clarity across the entire room.

What impressed both the crew and the venue operators was how much performance MAILA delivers in such a compact form factor. As Twin4u’s Christoph Peirsman explains, the team was genuinely surprised by “how much power comes from such a lean system,” while at the same time highlighting its outstanding speech intelligibility and modern design – qualities that make MAILA the ideal solution for everything from corporate gatherings to live concerts.
