Qualifications:

• Build long-term relationships through professional communication

Job Description:
1. Designing social media static posters
2. Creating simple motion graphics
3. Content idea generation and creative planning
4. Reels and Static Posters Content capturing (photo/video for social platforms)
5. Short reels editing (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin)
6. Social media campaign monitoring
7. Content posting and scheduling on social media platforms
8. Maintaining brand consistency and visual identity
9. Supporting marketing and branding initiatives

Compensation Package:
• Salary Range: BDT 18,000 - 25,000

Requirements
1. Basic to intermediate skills in graphics design & video editing
2. Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
3. Understanding of social media trends and algorithms
4. Creative mindset with good content sense
5. Ability to work independently and in a team
6. Responsible, punctual, and deadline-oriented
