If your business depends on marketplaces like Fiverr, Upwork, etc., then you're in a trap.

So many agencies make that one mistake in stage one. They build agencies dependent on Fiverr and Upwork marketplaces. I'm also one of them. It's hard to survive once you build your team and operations based on a marketplace because algorithms are not always the same, and you don't have control over them.

Those can be wings for your agency, not the main traffic stream.

Back in 2022, I stopped my design journey and started making a strategy to sell them. I believe it was one of the best decisions I made in my life.

Hunting clients is not an easy task as a designer. But that doesn't mean that design isn't important to the overall world. It's definitely important, but why can't you sell them or get clients?

That one question always hit me a lot. And I took my life's most dangerous decision.
