What you’ll do
We are looking for an ambitious Associate to provide support to our ever expanding team. You will be part of a team of dynamic individuals working to on both domestic and international clients.
Performing client based tasks from the onboarding stage to reporting/completion is one key aspect of this position. The tasks may vary from simple accounting engagements to more complex advisory based engagements. Therefore, being organized and ability to work within tight deadlines is essential.
Besides performing client based engagements, we focus on ensuring the overall client experience is best-in-class through continuously improving processes both on the client end and our end.
What you’ll need
We want someone aligned on our values and someone who actively participates in helping the firm reach its objectives.
You will need to be able to prioritize tasks while maintaining the standards of excellence during tight deadlines. We find the ability to escalate issues and work them out with the team as key traits.
Strong communication skills in English with the ability to interact with different internal and client teams clearly and professionally.
Creative problem-solving ability to not only triage requests efficiently but also come up with recommended solutions.
ACCA/CIMA student/partly qualified
0-6 months of relevant experience (Freshers encouraged)
Working knowledge of office and google suite of apps such as excel, powerpoint is crucial
If you have experience with Quickbooks or Xero, that will add an advantage to the application
Candidates with knowledge and experience of Bangladeshi Tax and VAT will be given preference

It's been close to 2 years we've been running both on the background and actively. We've come a long way from starting with only 1 client in the UK to now a self-sustaining business here in Bangladesh and in the UK. Our team has grown as well with 2 core partners, 1 UK based partner, 2 consulting partners, 3 employees and a content writer. We are now a Quickbooks Silver Partner and a Xero Partner.
As we look to grow, our goal for 2019 would be to further expand in our home soil, Bangladesh and to take our first steps in the US and Canadian markets. We would soon be launching an Insights section in our website which will aim to help local businesses of varying sizes.
This could not have been possible without the help of you all. You know who you are, so I just wanted to take this opportunity and thank you to all who helped us grow and thank you to all the well-wishers.
