📌 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✔ Develop, customize, and maintain Laravel-based web applications.
✔ Work closely with the GetCommerce team to build scalable e-Commerce solutions.
✔ Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and business teams to implement new features.
✔ Write clean, optimized, and well-documented code.
✔ Debug, test, and improve existing applications for performance and security.
✔ Ensure smooth integration with APIs, databases, and external services.

🎯 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
▪ Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Laravel framework.
▪ Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, and MVC architecture.
▪ Hands-on experience with authentication, payment gateway integration, and multi-role systems.
▪ Clear understanding of API design and integration.
▪ Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
▪ Knowledge of Next.js / React.js will get special preference.
▪ Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and deployment processes.
▪ Ability to work independently and in a team under deadlines.

🎓 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
🔘 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
🔘 Relevant certifications will be a plus.

✔ Drive sales for GetCommerce – our flagship e-commerce solution.
✔ Identify, approach & onboard SMEs and large businesses.
✔ Manage full sales cycle: Lead → Pitch → Proposal → Closing.
✔ Conduct meetings, prepare impactful presentations & proposals.
✔ Work with technical & marketing teams to deliver client requirements.
✔ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

🎯 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
▪ 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operation, sales, or SaaS business development.
▪ Good knowledge of e-commerce operations (order management, logistics, payment gateway, etc.).
▪ Strong presentation & negotiation skills.
▪ Proficiency in MS Excel (reporting), PowerPoint (presentation) & CRM tools.
▪ Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
▪ Proactive, self-motivated & target-driven.
▪ Must be willing to do field work (not just desk-based).

🎓 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
🔘 Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
🔘 MBA preferred but not mandatory.
