Getting Food Swing

A little appreciation post for Burger Xpress Uttara because good customer service deserves to be talked about.

Yesterday, I ordered from Burger Xpress through Foodpanda and unfortunately, I noticed that one item was missing after the rider had already left.

I called the rider first and he asked me to contact the outlet since he wasn’t aware of what happened. So I called Burger Xpress Uttara and explained the situation.

And honestly, I was really impressed by how they handled it. Instead of saying that the item had already been packed or blaming the rider, they simply asked for my address and said they would send the missing item right away.

And they actually did! Within around 20/30 minutes, the missing item arrived at my doorstep.

It might seem like a small thing but this kind of quick response and willingness to fix a mistake really makes a difference. They could have easily said, “We sent everything,” and left it there but they chose to solve the problem instead.

So, Burger Xpress Uttara, kudos for the service! 👏✨ This definitely left a good impression on me.

I had the Ebi with Sake from Kyoto - Chef’s Table in Centre Point. It was not tasty at all and tasted completely bland.

Is it just me or did others feel the same way?

Finally tried the Polar's Chocolate Finesta!

Honestly, it was creamy and definitely tasty but for me, it didn’t feel worth the hype.

Still, if you’re a chocolate lover, it’s worth trying at least once. 🤎🍫
