Fun racing at Echo Valley Motocross Park for the last round of the D23 season. We had a great time hanging out with everyone for the last time this year. Looking forward to next season. Jackson got extremely lucky and won a really cool electric scooter at the awards night. Thanks to Chopper Powersports Fridley for donating that!

A little update on Jackson. After getting crashed into and taken out in the first race at briarcliff mx, he fractured his tibia in his right leg. Not the best news but he's slowly healing. Luckily there is about 5 weeks between our last national race weekend and the next district weekend. Hopefully he's healed enough by then, we will see, doc says 6 weeks 🤞He will also have to miss the first 3 weeks of football, so that's a huge bummer!
As far as the national series goes, what a great season. 2 overall wins, 4 moto wins, 10 podium finishes and a hand full of hole shots. Honestly going into this season we were just hoping to run up front and maybe race for a moto win. We were going into the last round racing for 1st in schoolboy jr and 3rd in supermini. Unfortunately he was not able race at all due to the crash. The improvement he has made from last season to now is remarkable, he's looking really comfortable out there. He ended up 2nd overall in schoolboy jr and 4th overall in supermini.
This was a really fun year, for both of us. We drove over 15k miles to run this series. Not sure how we made it through that. One of us caught up on alot of sleep 😐
Hopefully he can finish the last 4 rounds of districts
