Make yourself comfortable. Do that however you want.

We spend so much time in our workspace, it's important to make it comfortable.

Lovingly, close your eyes.

And begin to let your awareness drift in words tuning into breath and body.

Letting go of thoughts and desires is the way to attain enlightenment & this path will help us live happier lives.

Slowing down. Quieting, the mind through intentional focus now. Letting the focus and awareness be soft and gentle. Serving the breath and body with a soft gaze, an open heart, and a present mind.

Being present within it.

Now, begin to allow your awareness to travel in focusing on breath and body every in the breath.

And then travel out in the space around you on every out bruh.

Exploring and becoming aware of both your inner and outer landscape. Without changing anything. Having a sense of who we are is an important part of being human. This can be done by exploring both our inner and outer landscapes. It is important to note, though, that we don't need to change anything in order to have a sense of who we are. Whether you're looking inside yourself by writing or reflecting on your thoughts and feelings or looking outside of yourself by daydreaming or reading.

Just gently being aware and tuning into your body on every breath. And following the breath out to the world around you when every breath. This is how we can find out what is true for us.

The more you breathe this way, the more you allow your awareness to slowly begin to transition to Simply being aware of both your body and the space around you at the same time. And with practice, this awareness will begin to change. Notice how your feet and ankles feel as they rest on the floor, notice the sensations of your feet as they touch the ground, then feel them lift and drop before touching again.

Being equally aware of both your inner and outer landscape when every in breath and on every out breath. Paying attention to both your physical and mental state taking a moment to note what exactly you are feeling in this current moment

Letting whenever you notice just be,

You are enough little one, nothing you've ever done. Nothing that's ever happened to you has ever proven otherwise, I think Godless of what you may think now. And what you may have thought, then.

You are worthy being worthy, child. In the eyes of love.

But never has, never can never will change.

No matter what you perceive about yourself. The truth is beneath all the layers of perception.

Haven't you ever found yourself in a situation where the thoughts that go through your head are not the ones you wanted to have? That's because we all have a perception of ourselves that we often don't want to reveal to others.

The truth just is. And the truth is, That you are more than enough.

You are Infinity wrapped up in this beautiful body or inhabiting,

There's nothing that needs to change about the way you are but perk up your ears.

Listen more carefully.

To the voices within they may not sound like voices, it may be like an inner knowing feeling a sense of exploration within listening, and allowing these voices with an open mind in a receptive and curious way can open up new horizons within the self.

As you feel your worthiness searching within you.

You recognize how safe it is to relax.

Feeling a sense of nothing to prove.

There is nothing to prove there. Never was there. Never can be

How does a mountain room? Its worthiness

How does an ocean proof? It's enough. What a ridiculous concept.

And we've applied it to ourselves as humans, but it is absurd and we are free to release it.

To return to our Birthright. Our inheritance

The inheritance of enoughness.

That is inherent within all of us.

Let yourself relax into the ease of it.

Relaxing in the knowing. There's nothing you have to do to prove yourself.

There is no judgment in the knowing. The feeling of belonging that you get when you live in the now is one of the most powerful things in life. It's what gives your life meaning and it's also what gives your life a sense of security. It doesn't matter if you have taken care of every last thing on your to-do list because all that matters is right now.

You are worthy exactly as you are.

And that will never change.

Carry this feeling with you. As you slowly begin to roll your shoulders, wiggle, fingers, and toes and when you're ready, open your eyes. Back to the world around you. Release your right arm, bring your left arm to the outside of it with your palms down and slide them out, then gently swing both arms back in and up. Repeat on the other side.
