A few of us from Sarajevo went over and spent the day at Jezero Modrac with the Tuzla team. Lunch, conversations, birthday cake, and that kind of time you don’t schedule or rush.

We’ve lost count of how many times we’ve been part of FIT Coding Challenge at the FIT UNMO.

The gaming corner is still the gaming corner 😄 students somehow always end up there first.

Our Marketing & Communications Manager, Aleksandra Kuljanin, joined the panel discussion on what actually matters to IT companies when hiring.

At the ZIRA booth Amina, Sejad, Harisa, and Ahmed, all former ZTA participants and now ZIRA colleagues, talked with students about how it all started for them right here at FIT CC and how that path eventually led them to their very first employment.

More than 200 young professionals have gone through the Leader Roots program so far. This year, one of them brought the top recognition home to ZIRA.

Congratulations to Dženita Seferović on being named Leader of the Year 2025/2026 at the closing ceremony of the fourth generation of AmCham BiH Leader Roots program.

We're equally proud that Mirza Selimović was part of this year's generation, while Aleksandra Kuljanin participated as a jury member, representing ZIRA alongside other business leaders from across the country.

Investing in people has always been one of the best investments a company can make, and it's inspiring to see the next generation of leaders continuing to grow, challenge themselves, and create impact.

Congratulations to everyone who completed the program.

We are proud to support Erol Mujanović in his participation at the Cape Town Marathon, another important milestone in his World Marathon Majors journey.

Erol completed the marathon in 4 hours, showing once again the discipline, endurance, and mindset required to take on challenges on a global stage.
