That's a lot of panels - and eventually, a lot of waste!

The federal government just announced a $24.7M solar panel recycling pilot to deal with exactly that. It's a smart move. Those panels are full of valuable materials like copper, silver and aluminium that shouldn't be ending up in landfill.

The energy transition is happening fast. Good to see that infrastructure is catching up.

In WA - no. All electrical work must be done by a licensed electrician. That includes power points, lights, and switchboards.

Unlicensed work affects your insurance, your safety, and your ability to sell or rent.

On site in Cottesloe with Andrew Stevens Construction for the concrete pour - our conduit already in place before the slab comes down. This is the work no one sees, but get it wrong and everyone knows about it.
