A small sticker. A big reminder.

This R U OK? Day, CRT is proud to be partnering with TIACS to help spread the message that checking in with your mates matters.

Stickers will be available through participating CRT stores, giving our communities a simple way to help keep the conversation going.

Grab a sticker, put it somewhere meaningful and share where yours ends up.

Whether you’re in the tractor, the yards, the workshop or behind the desk, a simple reminder to check in can make a difference.

Keep an eye out for more details on how to get involved.

Spring feeding starts with Barastoc Horse .

Spring grass can cause a lot of headaches for pony owners, combined with uncertainty surrounding sugar levels in hay.

Both Speedi-Beet and FibreBeet Mash are low sugar and low starch, suitable for ponies with laminitis, Cushings and metabolic issues. Speedi-Beet is great as a maintenance feed or to mix in supplements, while FibreBeet has additional ingredients for gut health and also can help with conditioning.

Not sure which one you need? Come in and see our friendly staff.
