We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Community Support Workers to join our growing team.

Requirements (essential):
✔️ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔️ Working With Children Check
✔️ Current driver’s licence (no restrictions)
✔️ Availability for an immediate start (for the right applicants)

Preferred (but not mandatory):
➕ Personal Care experience
➕ Medication administration training
➕ Certificate III in Individual Support (a bonus) or currently working towards
➕ Understanding of the NDIS and person-centred supports

What we’re looking for:
• People who are respectful, patient, and dependable
• Ability to support participants with daily living, personal care, and community access
• Strong communication and a genuine interest in supporting people to live their best lives

My Support Loop would like to introduce our Direct Care Coordinator Cheryl.

Cheryl is here to support our participants and their families to make the most of their NDIS plans and the services within My Support Loop and the community.

Cheryl has a wealth of knowledge in many fields. Cheryl has been supporting My Support Loop from its development days and humble beginnings and it is fantastic to have her back.

Choosing supports through your NDIS plan can be overwhelming for anyone.

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission registers and regulates NDIS providers with strict quality and safety standards that are set by the NDIS. Providers are required to go through Audit's to maintain their registrations and compliance to navigate the NDIS correctly.

NDIS also has regulations based on workers within the industry. At My Support Loop we connect all our community and in-house members to qualified teams members who are higher skilled in all areas of our registrations groups with the NDIS.

My Support Loop are proud NDIS providers who have a strong work ethic to maintain and ensure that our registrations with the NDIS are compliant at all times.

Don't be fooled by those that advertise the NDIS logo, they maybe able to provide support NDIS participants as self or plan managed but are not registered NDIS providers.
