Orders need to be placed atleast 3 days in advance. However during Christmas and Easter you might need to place your order atleast 5 days in advance. To place an or
der on any of the products, please email Melissa at [email protected] with your name, contact details, order details (product name and quantity and if you want a personalized message) and date. I will then calculate your order and send you an email with the confirmation and your invoice, which can be paid when you pick up your order. Custom designed cakes/Party or Event Orders:
If you want a special cake for your special occasion you can email Melissa at [email protected] to fix an appointment for the design of your cake. Please mention APPOINTMENT in your Subject Line and make sure your appointment date is fixed atleast one week prior to the event date for custom designed cakes and two weeks prior to event date for party or event orders. Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required for orders over $150. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made 48 hours prior to pick up. Deposits can be made via Direct deposit or Paypal. Deposits for Party/Event Orders and for Custom Designed cakes can be made in cash after your appointment. Deposits will be refundable if cancelations are made 5 days prior to the event. Pick up:
Pick up location details will be sent to you in your confirmation email along with the invoice and payment details. Please bear in mind that Cakes and Desserts need to be kept cold during transportation. During warmer weather, we suggest keeping your desserts cold in a cooler or using ice packs especially when traveling for a long period.
