We are thrilled to announce that our team won the Living Village Design Competition. Big congratulations to our directors Marco Cubillos Ruiz and Angelica Rojas for leading the design submission, well done to the whole team!

This competition is a partnership between the Australian Institute of Architects, EmAGN, SA Housing Authority, and the City of Unley. The competition sought exemplary architectural designs that demonstrated high quality and affordable residential housing in the heart of a vibrant precinct in the City of Unley, South Australia.

IncluDesign looks forward to the possibility of this project becoming a beautiful Living Village that people feel proud to call home.

Excited to wrap up this week by sharing some pictures of the Future Homes event at the MPavillion. A great place to showcase the Future Homes Victoria vision and the evolution of our winning project.

Future Homes provides a comprehensive housing solution by combining a planning program with design excellence. It brings together all the ‘itys” liveability, inclusivity, adaptability, accessibility, sustainability affordability and viability.

Replicable apartment designs win Victoria’s Future Homes competition The Victorian government has announced four winners in the Future Homes competition seeking exemplar apartment designs.

IncluDesign and design strategy/architecture are excited to be part of two future-oriented exhibitions showcasing eight teams’ collective creativity channelled towards more sustainable, livable, community-oriented and high-quality housing.

Winning and shortlisted entries are being exhibited at :
Monash University exhibition ‘A New Suburban Ambition’ (26th Mar- 5th Apr
Melbourne School of Design exhibition 'Future Homes' (26th Mar -24th May).

Niquia Housing creates a beautiful integration between architecture, topography and landscape. It celebrates natural elements such as the flow and sound of water while creating delightful homes.

Angelica Rojas, our creative director, contributed to the design of this beautiful place while working at Lorenzo Castro architects in the early 2000s. The whole development has been recently declared a place of significant heritage value.
