MODCON IS TREE CHANGING …
A big decision after 24 years here on the beaches.
However, the last few years have spoken to us loud and clear. And that is, live your best life everyday as you never know when a devastating illness can affect yourself or a loved one.
For us, our best lives are on our country property on the Mid Coast.
And so….
Modcon will be wrapped up on our final NB projects by end of the year. We will resume operations in our new location March/April 2023.
All business contact details (bar the address tbc) remain the same. We are happy for our past clients to contact us for advice/recommendations for any future requirements.
We want to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful staff, clients and suppliers who have been part of Modcon’s long history on the beaches. In particular we would like to wish our current and recently departed boys every success in their future endeavours.

Cromer revamp almost complete…. 😀 Just realised how long it has been since we posted last….
Modcon has been plugging away through this pandemic, I’m not going to lie - it’s tough times for all of us in the construction industry ATM. Whilst there is indeed a ‘building boom’, the truth is, the unprecedented consistent price increases and material delays do not come close to anything we have encountered in our 25 years of business. To ensure Modcon does not become one of the (many already, with many more to come) ‘pandemic statistics’ - we are only quoting jobs for 2022 on a ‘cost plus’ basis at this time…

Cromer Project - A few finishing touches and we are complete on the major facade upgrade on this home. The double brick home already had good ‘bones’ , however exterior enhancements have modernised and significantly improved the ‘curb appeal’ to this property. More photos and before/afters to follow once painting complete.
