IMPORTANT UPDATE! We have some changes to our upcoming Lunchbox Concerts in Nipaluna/Hobart.

The lift at Hobart Town Hall remains out of action and is unlikely to be back in service by August.

Accessibility is a core value for VDB, and we acknowledge that many of our patrons rely on the lift to access the Town Hall. Therefore we have relocated the series over the road to St David's Cathedral.

As a result of the venue change, we've also had a lineup change; the program featuring Indra Hughes on the Town Hall pipe organ has been postponed to 2027, and fiddle duo Rachel Meyers & Katie Yap will be performing the Lunchbox Concert on 18 August instead.

All existing ticketholders have been emailed with updates - if you haven't received an email from us please get in touch using the details on your booking confirmation.

We'd like to thank our audiences and artists for being so understanding of the situation, and we're also very grateful to St David's for helping us to relocate the concerts at short notice.

And that’s a wrap! We are well on the way to releasing record number 4! Thanks to Chris Doherty for his work behind the desk, Romy Healey for assisting and A Sharp Recording Studio for having us. Next stop is the mixing room and kalyxculture on the 19th of August. Stay funky!
