A knitted upper that raised up and over your ankles like quarter length socks!

These shoes were so fire I bought a second pair!

Full focus on the goal ahead with the Three Bridges Marathon in less than 3 weeks!!

The aim is to keep the legs turning with a lot of easy Ks, a healthy bank of threshold and some spicy intervals to keep the ego satisfied!

TCS SYDNEY MARATHON 2025... MISSION COMPLETE! βœ…

Official time: 3h 56min 16sec (Pace: 05:36) πŸ₯³

I got a little toooo greedy with the perfect running conditions and decided to push the pace early which cooked my legs in the last 10k!

Overall, I'm grateful to have these opportunities to give the marathon a solid crack, test my limits and see what happens. I couldn't have asked for a better training season, did the hills, speed sessions and arrived at the start line in good health.

I'll take that any day.

β€œThe Running EP” is a resource for future and current health practitioners to learn essential skills and knowledge that has facilitated my practise as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Over my journey, I’ve already learnt so much that I only wish I’d come across sooner. However, the learning process never stops! It’s all about gaining clarity in uncertainty and confidence in our ability as practitioners when working with the person in front of you, no matter what condition they may have. The ultimate goal is to get our clients or anyone we meet to back to doing and continue performing the activities they love.
