Our Sustainable range as featured in The Little Mag.
BIG THANKS to The Little team who fulfilled my wishes to incorporate pieces from my favourite children's vintage shop along with some tinycottons and Gardner and the Gang.
I am forever trying to squeeze in a little vintage (or something made by my mum!) and props go to the styling team who jumped on board with the idea.
Our Eyes Wide Open Sustainable range is all polarized and comes in the cutest eco packaging which makes a super cool Christmas present or stocking filler.

Developing this range has been an exercise in thoughtfulness. We wanted to tackle a section of the eyewear market that is traditionally seen as highly seasonal, disposable, fast and thoughtless. Our goal was to create a range with a circular approach that challenged the notion that accessible means disposable using the principles of circular design.
To create our frames we have collected and re purposed the waste plastic off cuts from sunglasses factories. The deep colourways honour the origins of the multi colour recycled materials used to make the frames - no crystal colours in this range. The unisex style has been designed with the intention of frames being shared and passed along in families. At the end of their shared life the frames are then recyclable. We have picked our lens for the highest recommended level of sun protection it provides. The finishing touch is the product packaging which is biodegradable.
Q: What's red and smells like blue paint?

Heading to the snow this winter? Slip, Slop, Slap Wrap still very much applies.
Kids eyes are much more fragile than that of adults. The lens of a kids eye transmits around 70% more UV than an adult eye.
Here are some more tips for sun protection in the snow.
Sun protection in the snow Winter activities such as snow skiing or snowboarding pose a high risk of sunburn.
Planning shoots is our happy place. From the concept to planning and then shoot day each one is different and special.
This year we set out with a very clear intention for G&D, I had no idea if I would be able to deliver on this goal. But big things are happening behind the scenes and it looks like we will get there.
All will be revealed in Spring/Summer however in the meantime I hope you enjoy some of the hints we will be dropping.
