Aaaaand here it is - the auction video from Saturday's record breaking result! As mentioned in our post earlier today, Philm worked on the marketing of the property and then with the auction.
It was a new record price achieved for a duplex in the suburb of Ryde. Well done to Robert Younis and the team from First National West Ryde!

Here's a great little story! We worked with a new agency for the first time for a property in Ryde.
Liam completed the professional photos and floor-plan, Liam and Paul worked together on the video, and Paul conducted the auction. It was a fantastic campaign which resulted in a price which was a new suburb record!!
