The benefits of student-led learning 05/02/2023

Have you ever stood in front of your classroom and honestly asked your students what they would like to learn?

Photos from St Brigid's Catholic College's post 30/11/2022

In partnership with the Paul Ramsay Foundation, High Resolves is trialling a new “peak experience” for high school students, which challenges students to collaborate and develop their decision making, influencing and conflict resolution skills.

We’ve enhanced our award-winning UN-style simulation with technology, creating an interactive multi-media experience. The excursion transports students from their classrooms onto university campuses, to engage in activities that explore diplomatic relations, collective action and inclusive leadership.
It’s a fun, memorable experience which makes the learning ‘stick’, and helps students in the early years of high school consider opportunities for tertiary education.

We’re really excited about the enthusiastic responses we’ve seen from schools like St Brigid's Catholic College, the students, their teachers and Careers Support Advisors and we hope to offer this excursion to more schools, in partnership with other universities in 2023.
