🎨 At MyFirstGym Strathpine, we absolutely love seeing the artwork our members create!

One of our favourite artists is Louie, who has so much fun at "his gym" that he goes home and draws it too! Not only has he created some fantastic pictures of the gym, but he has even drawn a map to help his friends find their way to MyFirstGym.

Did you know that physical activity doesn't just strengthen growing bodies—it also helps develop growing brains? Activities that involve climbing, balancing, jumping and navigating obstacle courses require children to use focus, concentration, planning and problem-solving skills, helping to build important neural pathways that support learning, development and focus outside of the gym.
