Think Design Execute is a training company that facilitates, designs, project manage and delivers eLearning training courses. Established in 2010, it was founded by Heather Dickinson who has a driving passion to ensure adult education is engaging and achieves results. Heather has over 15 years in Learning and Development working for various companies and industries including the finance, insurance, superannuation and retail sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Education and Training and a Masters of Education (Workplace Education). Our team comprise of graphic designers and developers who produce learning to meet the needs of your business. Working with subject experts from your company, the courses are designed around the end result to ensure you get the return on investment required by your business.
