Mack Metroliner watercart stuck on the road unable to select gears. Bit of diagnostics came back to faulty TCM. New parts ordered, fitted and back off the road

Fresh Silverado 2500 in today
We supplied and fitted the roof lights, then done a light reconnect on all the mirror lights, work lights and cargo lights.
Came up mint. Still no RAM but 🤣

Project Dry Hire forklift change out. New plant arrived on site and required changing over of radar camera system before heading to work.
Second machine will be ready for the same trearment shortly

Kenworth K104B for Napoli Trucking in for complete new battery cables from batteries to starter and all joiner cables.

Previously done all the roof lights on this truck, some extra rear markers and fixed the volt gauge.

One Shreds 90h in for a few upgrades. Second UHF added which had to be cut out of the panel and wired into the LHS speaker. New AM/FM aerial and dummy aerial to match.
Then its gone to and we wired all the steps, wings and roof lights

Another one for Napoli Trucking done. 108 in this time for bunk roof lights, front swing plate and rear wing lights

3 out of 7 new Rangers for Ventia in for Beacons. Be back tomorrow to finish the rest. Always a nice break working on new gear.

On-site truck call out for a start fault. Good bit of diagnostics found the OEM relay and fuse panel corroded due to moisture. Cut it all out and made a quick replacement. See how long this lasts with the conditions. Being the temporary fuel cart, we had to get it going until the replacement arrives.

Hammel shredder with fire damage repairs for Morris civil over last Christmas break

Mattress material build up around the pumps caught fire and melted the entire pump monitor and control harness in the machine. Removed and repaired on site. Luckily only needed 1 sensor and couple special plugs. Rest all went to plan
