Yes, the lifting is important. But if it’s not fun, you won’t keep showing up.

The laughs between sets matter too. The encouragement to go heavier. The push to be better.

The lifting is important. But it’s never just about that.

That’s the magic of smaller gym training. The feeling you can’t quite put your finger on, but it’s what keeps you coming back.

It’s important to get moving even on the weekend💥

Our tip is to get it in early in the day, otherwise because it’s less structured than the weekdays, the risk is higher it doesn’t happen at all.

Our goals don’t rest on the weekend and a lot can be undone from the week. So set the day up right, come to Hybrid 😉 Plus it is a great time 🫶

We’re heading back to the Dandenong Ranges and this time we’re taking on the Sherbrooke Forest Circuit.

This roughly 11k trail has heaps of varied terrain and epic fern tree forests to look at. Great way to get your steps in and we’ll refuel at a local eatery after 🙌
