An exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Officer to join a small home-based office in the Line Marking / Construction Industry!
Roles will include:
• Quoting and invoicing
• responding to emails
• making phone calls to clients and suppliers
• answering phone queries
• keeping an organized schedule for jobs, and ensuring follow ups are completed in a timely manner
• entering purchases, sales and banking in MYOB (co-working alongside our accountant)
and general office duties as appropriate
Hours will be Part Time and can be flexible over a working week eg. 4 days a week for 5hr days or working 5 days during school hours.
The successful candidate must be willing to learn, be independent, committed and able to follow instructions. Candidates with knowledge of office procedures, software & MYOB will be very highly regarded.
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From $25.00 per hour

• Temporarily due to COVID-19

Last night we finished the remainder of several days repainting the car park and drive thru at the Maccas at Gatton Central! It’s always so rewarding seeing how our hard work pays off to make a whole site look cohesive and finished, while improving visibility of directions and safety of the area for pedestrians and vehicles alike. The new vibrant yellow lines, directional arrows, lettering and chevron markings match well with the existing bright McDonald’s color scheme! Job done! 😄
