This week, weโ€™re raising awareness for the 1 in 4 Australians affected by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders often invisible, but deeply impactful.

At ProHealth Exercise Physiology, we understand that anxiety isnโ€™t just โ€œworryโ€ and OCD isnโ€™t about being โ€œneat.โ€ These are complex mental health conditions that deserve understanding, compassion, and evidence-based care.
