Inspired by the rustic houses of Colonia Uruguay, our chivitos and food truck are like no other in Melbourne. Our artisan bread is delivered fresh each day, tender melt in your mouth scotch fillet steak and local vege and salad ingredients are a crowd pleaser.

Marty's going El Presidente with extra homemade chimichurri for a bit of a kick. Anna's sending you straight to the El Suarez, the spicy one, no easing in.

Four things that make the El Presidente the one people keep coming back for.
Roasted capsicum, tender scotch fillet steak, green olives, El Chivi sauce. Then bacon, ham, egg and the rest stacked on top, but these four are doing the heavy lifting.

Not gonna lie, we drizzle this much sauce on purpose.
