Well that is P21! A pretty solid result for the #205 Fishy Motorsports Ford Mustang in a strong 45 car field in the opening round of the V8 SCOPS Premier Series Enduro Cup at Phillip Island.

To my surprise I got the car off the line incredibly well in what was my first proper race start in the Gen 3 Supercar (wild) and we had picked up 6 or 7 spots by lap 3. An epic stint by Harlon Esports in the middle of the race meant we were sitting inside the top 20 mid way through.

A ill timed safety car whilst taking the dog out for a 💩 meant I wasn't at the PC for a driver swap (classic timing) which resulted in us actually losing a few spots by the end of the race due to needing to pit out of sequence, meaning we had to fight on very old tyres by the time we crossed the line, but still very enjoyable non the less. Overall, we were pretty happy.

Now on to the big dance now at The Mountain in a few weekends time. Yew.

Well who doesn't love a comeback story! I will be coming out of sim racing 'retirement' to have a crack at the V8 SCOPS Premier Series Enduro Cup, teaming up with Harlon Esports in the #205 Penrite Racing inspired Ford Mustang! (It only seemed right). Last day of pre qual tomorrow for the first round at Phillip Island, before the race on Sunday. Lessgo!
