Introduction

Horizon Health Solutions is a local Personal Training business, based predominantly in Point Cook, Victoria. We operate out of Goodlife gym for most of our face to face client sessions, but are starting to increase online presence. Our business is growing, and we are looking for further support to effectively manage our clients' needs, and to ensure we can keep investing in time to further improving our service and business as a whole.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Conducting Personal Training Sessions based on set Workout Programs (Face to face & online 1on1 sessions & semi-private sessions)
- Creating & Managing Personalised Workout Programs
- Willing to learn how to put together effective & personalised Food Plans
- Weekly Administration & Scheduling as needed
- Ability to confidently adapt workouts/sessions based on client injuries or other needs

Qualifications & experience

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (Qualified Personal Trainer)
- Up to date First Aid & CPR
- Fitness Australia Registered
- Sales Skill over the phone & face to face
- Ability to adapt and behave accordingly to various range of clientele (gender, age, interests, ethnicity), to help them feel confident, comfortable, and trusting to be their best.
- Amazing communication skills
- Desiring someone who is a team player, with intent on giving their support and effort into a medium to long term role.
