The tool box set up on these cars was a bit different and standard angle bracket feet at 225mm high would’ve looked a bit basic. So the boys made a custom hoop off the rear to distribute the weight and to add a bit of pizzazz. Each rack was 3.1m long x 1.4m wide and cost $1600 plus GST, including fitting. Custom work doesn’t have to cost a bomb 💣

Cheers to Matt from Taro Flow Plumbing for coming back to us for another custom roof rack and Y bar set up. This one had a few challenges - different length tool boxes, a high opening arc on the tool box and clearance required over machinery. Sam nailed the design and Matt can carry his bazooka tube for storage, 6m lengths of pvc and a ladder, happy days 😀

Our second custom truck rack set up for the team at McMahon’s Civil. The rack is 6m long so we used two ladder sections for support with under tray step rails for access to the top of the rack at the rear. The rack was slightly tapered and we added hoops underneath the rack for storing screeds. And 300mm high side rails
