✨Big progress at 3 Anstey this week✨
The main drain upgrade is fully underway 50 metres of trenching, new 100mm PVC lines going in, fresh junctions, rebuilt gullies, and everything tied back into the upstairs stack and mains.

Today we celebrate Jess hitting 5 years with Abode. She has been here through it all, helping us grow from a small strata team into something bigger, pulling in other likeminded legends who want to be part of the ride.
Jess brings loyalty, trust, honesty, helpfulness and fun to everything she does, and that is why we love working with her and why she has been such a huge part of our journey.
Five years is a massive achievement in strata. It is an industry where the service of good people can often be underestimated or underappreciated, leading to so many burning out or moving on. The fact that Jess has not only stayed, but thrived, speaks volumes about who she is and the value she adds every single day.
Jess, we are extremely grateful for everything you have given to our team and our clients over these years. We absolutely love you and will keep doing everything we can to keep on with you.

Creating Communities
16 years ago Liz started helping property owners, property managers, investors, tenants and Strata Councils to look after their properties and create communities within them. Never looking back, Abode Strata is proudly an Australian and family owned and operated business. We manage residential, commercial, mixed use, high-rise, townhouses, villas, 2-5 lots, holiday resorts etc. all over WA!
We are proudly accredited members of our peak industry body SCAWA (Strata Community Association WA). With this, Liz our Director holds several relevant qualifications and is evident in her involvement over the years in assisting SCAWA in the training of other Strata Managers. With a wealth of knowledge and a breathe of fresh air, Liz is a true Strata Expert.
Liz brought her son Jordan into the business 5 years ago now, upon realising they shared a passion for property and helping people. Jordan was previously working in a sales office where he obtained his Sales License and is finalising his Degree in Property. Being one of the first people in WA to get the new Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, Jordan holds the belief the the only thing in life that is constant is change and therefore we need to be always learning.
This goes hand in hand with the Abode Strata Teams continual strive to improve and progress our knowledge, communication, processes and overall management, for the benefit of all stakeholders in a property or community.
