This sums it up pretty well ... except that cats magically get about 5x stronger and quite unhappy when you come up to get them!

Today I got a call from the Delta Animal Shelter. A cat had been reported as being stuck at the top of a cedar tree, about 80' above the ground in a ravine near River Rd.

The all black cat (Whom I'm calling Tsuga - no known name) had been up there for 4 days, with no food, no water, undergoing crow attacks.

It took some convincing but I eventually got him down just as dusk set.

Thanks to Delta Community Animal Shelter for picking this guy up, and helping him find his way home.
