Weβre seeing more properties hit the market compared to this time last year, while sales volumes have slowed and days on market are starting to increase. π‘π
A combination of factors seems to be impacting buyer confidence at the moment, including:
β’ Cost of living pressures
β’ Interest rate uncertainty
β’ The federal budget
β’ Ongoing global conflict and economic uncertainty π
That said, weβre seeing a change in pace rather than a dramatic downturn. Well-presented homes that are priced realistically are still attracting solid interest and selling well. π
The frenzy of the past few years may be easing, but quality properties in good locations are still performing strongly.
