Christine is one of our Resourcing Partners working in our Wangara, WA team. Christine has a strong background in health 👩🏼‍⚕️ & civils recruitment. ⚒️

Christine works across a number of our construction clients. 🧰 At Rogers, resourcing isn’t just about filling a job - our resourcing partners are understanding the environment in which a position sits in order to find the right fit - company values, culture and management styles; understanding the current team, role specifics and the climate - remote conditions are key in the blue collar space. Getting to know our candidates and what they’re looking for, to ensure it’s a good fit for both parties.

Meet Cobi 👋 - Resourcing Administrator

Cobi joined us last year & she has been a valuable part of the team. Cobi supports our clients & candidates in ensuring we get back to candidates each day, screening and supporting our resourcing partners.

Valuing people is a core value at Rogers - valuing candidate’s time and getting back to candidates in a timely manner is important to us and our teams and systems are set up to ensure this is a reality.
