Breakfast slider boxes, savoury muffins, sweet muffins, zucchini slices, bacon frittata slices, and pastry boxes like croissants or scrolls.

🍀 Lunch boxes & heavier meals
Individual rice, noodle, or soup boxes. Sandwich boxes, slider boxes, quiches, salads, arancini, sausage roll bites, tandoori chicken, conti rolls, and curry puffs.

🍀 Sweets & dessert boxes
Brownies, cookies, cupcakes, donuts, macarons, sweet muffin boxes, sweet treat boxes, and cakes.

🍀 Fruit & grazing style catering
Fruit platters, grazing boxes, and picnic style grazing boxes. A mix of savoury, sweet, cheese, vegetables, dips, and bread depending on the order.

🍀 Drinks for events
Juice bottles, kombucha, and canned sodas for easy group catering.
Some items can also be adjusted depending on dietary needs or order size.

Catering Menu 2026 - Ruby Collective Snap Frozen Meals NDIS SaH | Cookaborough Handmade Perth meals crafted with local produce. Snap frozen for flavour. Healthy, diet-friendly ready-made meals.

Ruby Collective will be closed on Western Australia Day, Monday the 1st of June.

Operations will pause for the day and resume on Tuesday as usual.

Our new catering favourite: Grilled Chicken Rice Noodle Salad 🍜

Grilled chicken rice noodle salad was added to the catering menu to our regular office customers.

The dish is simple but works well. Grilled chicken, rice noodles, fresh salad and a light sauce mixed together. It’s flavorsome and filling without feeling too heavy.

The response from customers has been strong. Some even came down and asked if it was still available.

Meet our grazing boxes that disappear fast 😋

Our grazing boxes are hard to ignore… cause’ they look so tempting. 🥰

A mix of savoury items, sweets, pastries, fresh fruit, and vegetables all arranged in one box. A bit of everything so nobody has to think too hard about what they want.

Each box is prepared in the kitchen with whatever is fresh and available that day, so the selection can vary slightly depending on what is being made.

We are still a small team at Ruby Collective. 🍀

We handle coffee, food, catering orders, deliveries, and everything else in between.

Things get busy pretty quickly, especially at noon when customers come for lunch. 🍜

But we still try to pay attention to the small details. Making coffee properly. Packing catering carefully. Checking food before it leaves the kitchen.

Some customers ask for gluten free food. Others need dairy free or halal options. If the order is large enough and we have enough notice, we usually try our best to organise it properly with the kitchen.

Not every café likes changing things around for catering, honestly. It creates more prep and more planning behind the scenes. But we know food restrictions are part of real life now, especially when you are ordering for a group of people.

Our catering does not always look like rows of takeaway boxes.

Lately, we have been doing more fine dining style plating for some catering orders too. 🤩

Smaller portions, cleaner presentation, food arranged properly instead of packed tightly into containers.
It changes the whole feel of the table straight away.

Some customers still want the usual boxed setup. Others want something that looks a bit more considered for meetings or events. We can be flexible either way. 😊

We can add more options depending on what customers are looking for.

Strawberry muffins and jam donuts are here! 🥳

The muffins are soft, packed with berries, and not overly sweet.

The jam donut is soft and fluffy on the inside, lightly coated with sugar on the outside, and filled with sweet jam in the middle that melts into every bite. 🥯

Everything is still baked in house, so we only make small batches at a time.

If you are around this week, they are sitting in the cabinet while they last.

Fruit platters have been going out often lately 🍍🥝

Once everything is cut and arranged properly, they look hard to ignore sitting on the table. We have also added some persimmons to make them even more appealing and enjoyable. 😋

Fresh fruit, simple presentation, easy to share during meetings, birthdays, or morning teas. Some customers add sweets and savoury boxes next to it. Others keep it simple with fruit only.

We just had WALGA Social Club President place an order for 60 coffee vouchers. ☕

We worked out a good deal for them, and both sides are very happy. 😎

Today was one of those catering days with multiple orders lined up. 👩‍🍳

Five orders in total, all different, all going out around the same time.

And our chef handled it on their own. 🌟

Fruit platters, savoury boxes, sweets, everything coming together step by step in the kitchen. No shortcuts, just steady work from morning until everything was packed and ready to go.

It got busy, but that is pretty normal for days like this.

Our chef still makes sure everything still goes out properly. 🥰

A quick notice regarding gift vouchers and gift cards 🤍

As Ruby Collective is now under new management, any gift vouchers or gift cards issued before January 2026 were purchased under the previous ownership and are unfortunately not under the responsibility of the current owner.

Because of this, we will no longer be able to accept vouchers issued before 01/2026 after 22/05/2026.

Chicken & Beef Pho Coming Soon 😍

We have been working on chicken and beef pho in the kitchen lately.

A few customers have asked for more warm Asian food, especially with winter coming.

So the chef has been testing broths and prep behind the scenes before adding it properly into the menu. 👩‍🍳

Pho is one of those dishes that takes time. The broth alone is half the work.

We are still finalising a few things, but it should be coming soon.

Once it is ready, we will post updates on social media first. 😊

The weather has been colder lately. Because of that, we have started adding more NOODLE SOUP DISHES into the menu. 🍲

The menu will probably keep changing over winter depending on what customers actually enjoy eating.

Our brownie bites and macarons have become many customers’ favorites. These are the kinds of sweets they usually grab first during meeting breaks.

Catering prep takes more time than people think. There is a lot happening in the kitchen before anything even leaves the café.

A fresh batch of beef lasagna for our grab & go fridges just came out of the oven this week. 😋

Layers of pasta, slow cooked beef sauce, béchamel, and melted cheese on top. Simple comfort food, especially now that the weather is getting colder. ☃

Everything is made fresh in our kitchen by the chef. We do not make huge batches, so once it sells out, that is usually it.

We have already sold 15 portions within a week, so the number left is limited.

Did you know that almost everything in the café is made by our chef. 👩‍🍳

From cookies, muffins to sausage rolls, banh mi, beef salad, and cabinet meals, it all comes from our kitchen.

Some mornings start very early. Baking trays in the oven. Soup simmering. Pastries cooling on the bench before the café even gets busy.

It takes more time than bringing food in from suppliers, but we think people can taste the difference.

Some days customers come back asking if the Thai green curry will be available again tomorrow.

That is probably the nicest feedback we can get.

Our chef baked a fresh batch of berry muffins for the cabinet this week. 😍

Soft in the middle, slightly crisp on top. Simple, but good with a cup of tea or coffee.

Everything is baked in house, so the batches are not huge. Once the cabinet is empty, we usually move on to the next thing the kitchen is preparing.

It has been pretty cold lately, so the kitchen made wonton noodle soup again this week. 🥰

Warm broth, noodles, handmade wontons. Simple food, but honestly the kind that feels really good after a long day or cold morning.

Last time we made it, it sold out quicker than we expected. A few people even came back asking if we still had more the next day.

The thing is, we do not make this regularly. It takes a bit more prep, so the kitchen only does small batches once in a while when there is enough time.

This week’s special is $14.90 per portion. 👍

Once it sells out, that will probably be it for now.
