Pinch me moment 🤭🥰
5 years of growing Pure Health with my number one goal and drive of wanting to help and inspire women to feel their best ❤️
I struggled with so many of my own health issues and body insecurities over my teenage years. Once I learnt that as a woman I didn’t have to restrict or deprive myself and that all my health issues had a root cause to them (no Band-Aid needed of medication) it’s been my mission ever since to share, educate and inspire women that they can as well ❤️
The last 5 years has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding parts of my life to date! Growing your dream is scary and I couldn’t have gotten here without my sister and head Nutritionist at PH

I can’t believe it! The doors are open to our beautiful new West Leadville wellness clinic in Perth WA🤭🤭
Nearly 5 years of Pure Health and has been a dream of ours since we were kids 🤭🤭

The last 20 months have been up there with one of the most challenging things we have done opening this clinic (council issues etc) but we are here and have learnt so much from this crazy journey 🤣

18 months later of dealing with councils, town planners, strata, lawyers, a few tears, a lot of frustration and a lot of learning 😅🤣
I cannot believe I’m saying this out loud, but we have the keys for PH dream clinic 🥹🤭🤭
4 and half years of two clinics we have decided to bring it all together and create one amazing wellness clinic 😆

My new Autumn brekky obsession gluten free porridge 😍
These are perfect for Coeliac or those following a GF diet!
Although oats are technically GF and you can buy uncontaminated oats, for some people who have non-Coeliac gluten sensitivity or if you have Coeliac disease the protein avenalin can be considered “gluten-like” and still cause issues.
For me personally oats don’t sit right, so these are perfect!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup GF porridge
- 3/4 water
- 1 serve vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp h**p seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
Heat over the stove until cooked and serve with yogurt (I used goat yogurt), almond butter and warm berries 😍

Part 2 Noosa adventures 🫶🏻
As I said in my stories yesterday sometimes you don’t realise how much you need to rest, simply have fun and not have to “achieve” anything 🙌🏻
So the last week has been nothing but enjoying and cooking amazing food, exploring some amazing places and having fun with my favourite people 💜
Actually feel rested and excited to get back to my Pure Health Fam 💜
