Shaun is closing in on Swampy’s club record of 13 1st Grade Centuries. This performance also brings the tally for the Marsh family to a total of 28 1st Grade 100’s for the Port.

At this industry networking lunch, guests heard from an expert panel of footy legends including Justin Longmuir, Senior Coach of Fremantle Dockers, Kara Antonio - Fremantle Dockers AFLW Captain David Wirrpanda, 2006 West Coast Eagles Premiership Player and Josh Kennedy, West Coast Eagles 2018 Premiership Player and 2 x Coleman Medalist, expertly moderated by Brad Wira, former AFL player and ABC commentator on the lessons learned over the past 18-months in the game, how they've remained agile and resilient, and their predictions for the big day.

Primewest Group has begun a new chapter in its 26-year history by merging with the ASX-200 listed Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI), creating a broad Australasian real estate investment platform with $17.4billion of assets under management.

In April 2021, Centuria made an off-market takeover offer for 100% of Primewest securities, which was accepted by Primewest securityholders. By 19 July 2021, all Primewest securities had been acquired by Centuria.

Primewest’s $5.6billion, predominantly Western Australia-based real estate portfolio complements Centuria’s largely east coast Australia and New Zealand platform, creating a geographically diversified entity.

Primewest has this week taken possession of 3 of the 4 canopies on its carpark solar project at Primewest Broome Boulevard, delivering shaded carparking to 168 bays as peak season begins. The 1.3MW system will be the largest PV installation in the Kimberley on completion which is expected to be late 2021, and provide shade to 330 bays of the 770 customer parking bays at the centre.

The project is being constructed by a joint venture partnership of two local contractors H&M Tracey & Generators and Off-Grid Energy, generating 30-40 local jobs over the life of the construction.

Development works of Primewest Brooklane have continued to progress and are nearing completion with the centre on track to open to the community in July 2021.

The mural design will feature artwork that fits within the following themes:
- Historical elements of Lake Macquarie, particularly Edgeworth
- Sir Tannatt William Edgeworth David
- Natural landscape, flora and fauna found in Lake Macquarie

Celebrated WA street artist Stormie Mills will leave an enduring legacy for the people of Ellenbrook with a large-scale mural on the façade of a brand-new local shopping centre, which will be unveiled to the community in July.

Primewest Property Investors secured the internationally acclaimed artist to create the mural near the main entrance to the soon to be complete Brooklane Shopping Centre.

Due for completion in July, the 5000 square metre shopping centre has a modern, edgy aesthetic with an open-air mall and piazza that was ideally suited to Stormie Mills’ unique artistic style.

The centre is anchored by a state-of-the-art Woolworths and BWS, with an additional 14 specialty stores and 273 car bays.
