A Wedding Cake for a very special couple. Congratulations Erin and Pete it was such a privelege to make your cake and to witness such a beautiful wedding. This cake features airbrushed fondant strips and a handcrafted open peony.

This was a cake for my daughter Carina who loves Swing Dancing. The cake featured silver and black cashews around to the back of the cake and painted silhouettes with a fondant skirt on the lady. Happy 21st Carina. I love you heaps!

Here is a wheelbarrow cake I made for my sister. It has hand crafted parrot tulips, anenomies, and dahlias made from sugar paste.

This was a very special cake because I made it for my neice and her new husband! The biggest challenge I faced was not making the icing ruffles or the marble effect, it was trying to transport the cake all the way to Melbourne. Congratulatione Keran and Jake, I love you both.

My inspiration for this engagement cake was from the artist Romero Britto. Erin and Pete you are very dear to my heart and I am so excited for the adventure you will both share together.
