Our biggest project to date has finally come to and end “ BARU”
We have just finished extensive upgrades to this legendary bertram 35, she’s finally ready for the summer this owner spared nothing on making it his own
Work carried out
*2x reconditioned 7.4L mercruisers
*Complete rewire of dash
*full digital dash conversion downstairs including
simrad nsx12 downstairs with veratron vmh70 converting all anolog signals to NMEA2K
*triple simrads upstairs
* Complete new fabricated dash housing

* simrad nac 3 autopilot with virtual rudder
*this vessel is able to be steered by any simrad display while under way with abilty to override in emergencies by the helm
* AIS receiver and transmitter
*fusion sound system netwoked with all simrads
* fuel flow meters
* all electronics networked on nmea2k
*600ah lithium house power setup
*3kw inverter
*40a dc-dc charger fed from both engines backed up with with 640w of solar
*80a backup fast charger powered by
genset or shore power
*50a fast chargers with the ability to charge start *batteries from lithium bank
*500a shunt and battery monitor
*dc deck co flooring
*wireless electric davit crane
*all new bilge pumps
* 3 window wipers to bottom station
*custom made swim ladder

Apologies everyone for the radio silence
It’s been a huge 10 months transitioning from workshop based to a mobile service.
Ryan and Caitlin are all settled in and loving a sea-change in sunny broome with their three girls after a move in December
Its been tough loosing an integral part of the business to the alluring north west but we are stoked form them on thier new adventure.
Meanwhile Paul has been slowly been gearing up and transitioning across to marine maintenance and vessel management
It’s was a busy summer for MTR focussing on the marine division and now maintaining over 70 vessels ranging from 18ft-100+ft
With Paul’s background in diesels combined with his passion for boating it has been a welcomed change in scenery over the coming weeks and months.
