Construction is well underway on this architect designed five bedroom three bathroom residence opposite Lake Monger in Wembley.

Suspended slab poured today and a big thanks to all the trades who worked so hard to make it happen 😀

Great effort from all our trades in a little over 4 months.

The smoke and ash from the bushfires burning north east of us yesterday, would have made for a very different photo. We can only hope that the visibility today is a sign that the situation is improving.
Our thoughts are with those that have lost their property and possessions.

It has been a while between posts so an update on what we have been up to during the hiatus.
Completion in September last year of Galwey Street, Leederville a multi level home on a 200m2 block.
A timber framed addition to a 1920’s cottage in North Perth consisting of new kitchen/family/ dinning, laundry and en-suite, completed in 11 weeks, not sure that record will beaten!
Commencement of a new ancillary dwelling in Mount Hawthorn that includes a large double garage, activity, bath and loft.

Development approval granted today on our latest project in North Perth.
Designed by Clare Hennessy Building Design (link below) this 300m2 split level residence on a 268m2 lot is a great example of how infill can enhance and complement our inner city suburbs.

With the recent topping out of our Leederville project you can now begin to get an idea of the volume of the room that will become a north facing, light filled, open plan living, dining and kitchen.

Roof on in just over four months and upper floor cladding commenced on our North Perth development. The building is now beginning to showcase the articulation of the west elevation together with the eclectic mix of grooved ply (Shadowclad), texture coating and traditional dado for the feature blade wall.
