**Seek advice from Medical Professional
As with any physical activity, it is important that before beginning any fitness regime, you consult with your health care professional to ensure that you are mindful of your current health and any restrictions that are appropriate for you. You should immediately seek medical attention if there are any unanticipated changes to your physical condition at any time.

Technique Tuesday - SMART goal setting
S.M.A.R.T. is an acronym to remind you how to set a goal that maps out exactly what you need to do. These goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound
What is a SMART goal example for fitness?
For example, the goal of “I want to complete 30-60 minutes of exercise for 3-5 days each week” is good but you could also include “I want to complete 30-60 minutes of exercise for 3-5 days each week for the next 3 months.”
What is your next SMART goal?
