Small but mighty is the perfect way to describe our incredible Katia!

Quiet but fierce, Katia consistently shows up with a smile, a kind word and a gentle power that never goes unnoticed. She’s one of those special people who always asks how your day is and genuinely cares about the answer, making our community a better place simply by being herself.

Week after week, Katia dominates in the gym. Even when injuries have tried to slow her down, she’s continued to show up, scale where needed, modify when necessary and still gets her sweat on. Her commitment to looking after herself while staying consistent is something we truly admire.

The best part? The hard work is paying off. Katia is gaining strength, refining her technique and building confidence every single week.

We also love seeing her train alongside her partner Frankie. While they’d never admit it, their secret competitiveness keeps us all entertained and pushes them both to be better!

A style icon, a sweet soul and an absolute weapon under the barbell, Katia is everything we love about the Access community.

Health & Fitness Acknowledgement Awards! ✨

We are so proud of our incredible team, everyone looked absolutely stunning and represented our community with professionalism, pride and respect for everyone in the room.

We feel incredibly blessed to have been nominated in several categories this year. While we didn’t bring home any awards this year, being recognised alongside such quality businesses and people is an achievement in itself, and we’re honoured to have been included.

The real highlight of the night was spending the evening together, celebrating everything we’ve achieved as a team 💛🖤

Thank you to everyone who supports us and continues to be part of our journey. Here’s to another year of growth, hard work and making a difference.
