📣 News: Group placed Earthstorm tops MM Digital (3-9 July) Sale

After being extended by 24 hours due to yesterday's nationwide Telstra outage, Earthstorm (Lot 35) topped the Magic Millions Digital (3-9 July) Sale selling for $155,000 to the bid of SM & KB Bloodstock after 31 bids from local and interstate buyers.

Offered as a racing and breeding prospect, the mare, who placed in the Group 2 Karrakatta Plate as a two-year-old, attracted plenty of interest. "We've followed Earthstorm since her two-year-old season and have always believed in what she could do" said stable representative Kyle Sutherland.

📣 News: Multiple Group placed Earthstorm headlines Magic Millions Digital (3-8 July) Sale

An exciting catalogue featuring 87 lots has been compiled for the Magic Millions Digital (3-8 July) Sale, headlined by the multiple Group-placed mare Earthstorm.

Offered as a racing and breeding prospect, as a juvenile Earthstorm (Lot 35) was runner-up in the Group 2 Karrakatta Plate when beaten by the red-hot Bustling. She also placed in the Group 3 Gimcrack Stakes as a two-year-old.

Now a four-year-old, Earthstorm has trained on, recently finishing third in the Listed Gwynne Stakes at Ascot in April. As a direct descendant of Piccadilly Circus (dam of Fastnet Rock), she represents a great opportunity to secure a genuine Group-performed mare ahead of the upcoming breeding season that also has racing upside.

With over 40% of the catalogue comprising racehorses as well as race fillies and mares, there are plenty of opportunities to secure a quality racing prospect.
