🎉 Hatchet just turned 10!
Hitting a decade in business feels pretty special, and we wouldn’t be here without two groups of people:
- Our incredible team who’ve poured so much talent, passion and grit into every project.
- Our customers who’ve trusted us to build software that powers their businesses and ideas.
To celebrate this milestone, we packed up the Hatchet crew (and their partners) and took the whole team over to Bali. It was the perfect way to stop, reflect and share a few Bintangs together while looking back at everything we’ve achieved.
What started as a couple of mates at uni building software for fun has grown into something we’re all proud of today. The journey has had its fair share of challenges, but the last 10 years have shown us what’s possible when you’ve got the right people around you.
Here’s to the next chapter – building more, learning more and continuing to back our clients and our crew. A massive thank you again to everyone who’s been part of Hatchet’s journey so far.
P.S. We highly rate doing a cooking class together as a team; it was so much fun!

Friday after lunch be like.
🎉 New brand, new website, new office—talk about a triple trifecta!
We’ve made some big moves, literally and figuratively! Our new brand is sharper, our website (https://hatchet.com.au) is sleeker, and our new office? Let’s just say it’s where ideas are about to get a whole lot bigger.
Why all the changes? Because standing still as a software development agency isn't our style. Our brand refresh is all about reflecting who we are today and where we're headed, and our website is packed with more clarity on all the things that make us tick.
As for the new office, it’s more than just a place to work—it’s our creative playground where we’re gearing up for even more exciting things ahead.
Big shoutout to everyone who joined us for our office warming party and those who’ve been along for the ride to get us here. We’re just getting started, and we can't wait to show you what’s next! 🙌
