What a fabulous closing night on 25 June - a fitting end to an amazing second season here in Perth. Read on for the awards. Congratulations to everybody!

The Short+Sweet Perth 2022 Finals line-up is brilliant! Congratulations to everyone.
A special welcome to the recent addition to the finalists, 'Annnd... Scene (of the Crime)'.
And it's a special honour this year to welcome 'Spaghetti Western', the winner of the recent Short+Sweet for Schools award for Best Play Written by Student(s), as a guest performance.
You are guaranteed an amazing night of theatrical gems at the Finals on 23, 24 and 25 June. A brief awards ceremony will follow the 25 June performance.

We know most of the finalists already, but those handy with their fingers will realise we only have 9 plays so far. The Short+Sweet Council of Elders is currently meeting to determine the meaning of the word "ten". When the white smoke goes up we'll provide a full list of finalists.

Short + Sweet for Schools is taking the stage next weekend for the very first time in Perth!

Come and support high school theatre makers in their devised and scripted performances.

10 schools, 14 plays, and plenty of imagination from all students involved, Short + Sweet for Schools will be jam packed with laughter, excitement, and the joys of seeing Perth's future artists up on stage!
