I’m guilty of saying “non drinkers are boring” because I didn’t know that life beyond booze was actually living!!! Sobriety isn’t a race, so if you didn’t drink last night then woo hoo!! 🙌 keep going- it’s totally worth the uncomfortable start! ✨

When you lie to yourself about your drinking, then you’re on a slippery slope! I never understood that term, until I quit drinking..Slam the door shut on alcohol ❌

Change the habit! Surf the urge, go for a walk- honestly tomorrow you’ll wake up going yee har!! 🐶🐶🌲

⏰ Waking up to the alarm hits different now I’m not hungover as s**t..no more waking up with negative self talk, or a banging headache or just shame for drinking to much again 🙄 ditch the booze! It’s s**t 💩
