If you’re in early sobriety and you want to socialize, then try a show, a quiz night or bowling!! Keeping the hands and mind busy is a good way to start gaining confidence! ✨

✋ Plot twist- alcohol doesn’t help with sleep, confidence or stress! The opposite is true! ✨
